Redford Pennycook

Redford is a former professional rugby union player known for his role as a flanker. He played for Bristol and Newcastle Falcons, showcasing strong defensive skills and leadership. Redford has since transitioned into the construction industry, where he now applies his teamwork and leadership skills to run CIG.

In his spare time he enjoys, watching his children play sport, and walking his dog.

Chris is our Construction Manager at CIG. His job consists of seeing a project through from initiation to completion on the construction side of the business. He has extensive experience as a construction manager.

In his spare time, chris enjoys following Boxing, family days out to the beach and BBQS.

Amy Parsons

Amy is our office manager here at CIG, she ensures the smooth running of the office. Amy Comes from a background working within research and development for the past 15 years. Amy is a reliable and valued member of the team.

In her spare time Amy enjoys holidays and days out with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys crafting, roller skating, a spiced run and coke and is a bit of a film buff!

Dave Hudson

Dave is our Contracts Manager. He comes from a background in carpentry, owning his own company for several years. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. Dave goes above and beyond and is a well valued and respected member of the team.

In his spare time Dave enjoys spending time with his son. He likes to take his boat out and is a keen skier.

Jamie Wallis

Jamie has over 7 years’ experience as an Operations, Contract and Branch Manager managing large, multi-site teams delivering tendered, planned and reactive works for a range of Public and Private Sector Clients. He is the go-to for Health and Safety matters within CIG.

In his spare time Jamie keeps busy with his 3 boys, often outside watching and coaching them with their various sports and activities. When he can him and his wife love to travelling on city breaks, exploring the sights, food and drink on offer through Europe!

Zsofia Virag

Zsofia is the manager of our accounts department here at CIG. After completing her AAT level 4 she has been working in the profession over a number of years and plans to continue her training. Sofia is trusted and thorough member of the team.

In her spare time, zsofia enjoys hiking and being out in nature with her husband and two daughters.

Nick Swain

Nick is an accomplished Commercial Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked with leading companies such as Willmott Dixon, Beard, and Bray & Slaughter. His deep understanding of commercial strategy, contract management, and project delivery ensures CIG maintains strong client relationships and achieves outstanding results.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, Padel, football, and exploring the countryside.

Martin is an experienced fire stopping manager who has been on for CIG for the last 2 yearshas a wealth experience in the construction industry working on multi million pound high end hotel and office fit outs to new build industrial estates.

In his spare time Steve plays Rugby and fights in Local MMA competitions.

Steve has over a two decades of experience in construction, with a strong focus on drylining and interior systems. His attention to detail and leadership skills ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards. Jamie is highly regarded for his ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

In his spare time, Jamie enjoys mountain biking and exploring the great outdoors with his family.

Steve McKinley

Site manager

Steve is a hands-on supervisor with a background in multi-trade construction. His problem-solving abilities and commitment to safety make him a trusted leader on-site. With a keen eye for detail, Steve ensures every project exceeds expectations.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys fishing, playing football, and tackling DIY projects at home.
