Our team recently completed a comprehensive project at the Bath School of Management, Bath University, which spanned a period of 20 weeks. Our team completed a comprehensive project at the brand-new EQ building in central Bristol. This state-of-the-art facility now houses ARUP's new Bristol office, which is a perfect blend of high acoustic partitions and sleek curves, showcasing modern design and advanced engineering. One Castle Park, Bristol

We successfully completed a comprehensive refurbishment in the heart of Bristol, covering six floors and featuring both CAT A and CAT B fit-outs. The project included the installation of over 50 new door sets and IPS units, transforming the previously dated interior into a modern, high-standard workspace. Highlights of the renovation include custom ceiling details and the impressive large full module SAS metal pan ceilings, which contribute to the stunning new aesthetic.

Our team also renovated 12 bathrooms, ensuring each was upgraded to meet contemporary standards of design and functionality. In a unique transformation, we converted a portion of the existing carpark into a state-of-the-art shower block, providing convenient facilities for building occupants. Additionally, we repurposed part of the carpark into a fully equipped gym, enhancing the building’s amenities and supporting a healthy, active lifestyle for its users.
